Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices.

Plans, manages, and controls the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group or team. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc. Advises business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.

Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations is important. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to travel as needed. Demonstrated leaderships skills. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Advanced degree desirable.

SuiteSuccess- LATAM Director,Strategic Initiatives//

Role Summary:

The LATAMDirector, Strategic Initiatives will be primarily work on managing the deliveryof a new methodology (SuiteSuccess) to the Latin American region. This methodology is how Oracle NetSuite leadsour customers through their customer journey. It encompasses working closely with the Product team to ensure the in-regionrequirements are represented in the product or the product roadmap, thebuilding out of Oracle NetSuite Leading practices for local requirements, leadingour customers through the journey of their software purchase throughrealization of their initial goals and guidance as they continue to Partner andgrow with our company all while ensuring the highest degree of customersatisfaction.

The LATAMDirector is part of the SuiteSuccess team and is primarily responsible for leadingthe International rollout working closely with in-country roll-out teams and a US-basedSuiteSuccess team who will provide overall program management. It is expectedthat delivery of SuiteSuccess will be done rapidly. The LATAM Director will develop the strategyand rollout plan for International markets.
