Product & Admin Spec I /II /Sr. Vision Products (Job Family) - 130853 Location: US-Nationwide

*Product & Admin Spec I: *Responsible for collaborating with Vision sales and operations and supporting product administration.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: * Responds to questions and concerns from the sales and operations teams. * Provides support for product conversions, migrations and implementations. * Supports the coordination of proposal activities and responses with other operating areas such as claims, underwriting, sales, customer service, membership, and vendor relations. * Participates in strategy meetings with sales to determine product design and competitiveness. * Edits and reviews collateral materials and communications. * Supports special projects as assigned. * Establishes and maintains knowledge of data warehouse database design, data definitions, system capabilities, related programs, and data integrity issues. * Runs standard reports from data warehouse. * Serves as a liaison with all vendor, business, marketing, and shared service partners.

Product & Admin Spec II:Responsible for collaborating with Vision sales and operations and supporting product administration.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: * Anticipates and responds to questions and concerns from the sales and operations teams. * Leads projects on product conversions, system migrations and implementations. * Manages new case implementation through completion of all deliverables. * Provides on-going root cause analysis and identifies tools and best practices necessary for process improvement. * Coordinates proposal activities and responses by collaborating with other operating areas to provide a unified response. * Participates in strategy meetings with sales to determine product design and competitiveness, and supports renewal strategy for client retention. * Evaluates competitor and industry data to improve existing products. * Edits and reviews collateral materials and communications. * Researches and documents business issues and participates in developing and/or modifying business requirements. * Serves as a liaison with vendor, business, marketing, and shared service partners.

*Product & Admin Spec Sr: *Responsible for collaborating with Vision sales, operations, leadership, and vision vendor and supporting product administration.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: * Researches and resolves complex administrative issues and concerns. * Leads projects on product and administrative conversions, system migrations and implementations. * Manages new case implementation through completion of all deliverables. * Identifies best practices, potential issues, project charge, and scope and recommends processes and systems that support business needs. * Provides on-going root cause analysis and identifies opportunities for process improvement. * Leads teams of subject matter experts to determine business impact of projects/ mandates/regulations. * Assesses risks. * Develops business requirements. * Serves as a liaison with vendor, business, marketing, and shared service partners. * Collaborates with leadership to align key business priorities and projects and to develop new and renewal strategies for supporting sales functions. * Manages multiple projects of cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement changes to business operations.

_Product & Admin Specialist I_: * Requires BA/BS degree; * 1 year of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. * Company systems knowledge preferred.

_Product & Admin Specialist II_: * Requires a BA/BS degree; * 2 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. * Company systems knowledge and project leadership skills required. * Knowledge of benefits and products, enrollment, billing and underwriting guidelines required.

_Product & Admin Specialist Sr_: * Requires a BA/BS degree; * 4 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide and equivalent background. * Company systems knowledge including front and back end processes/workflows required. * Project leadership skills required. * Knowledge of benefits and products, enrollment, billing and underwriting guidelines required.
