Our Building Materials client is seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing our marketing strategies with particular emphasis on the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Carry out SEO activities and campaigns on various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.

• Ensure brand consistency and effective communication by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Keep our website updated with new products, blogs, and project photos.

• Monitor, assess, and report campaign performance using analytical tools.

• Keep abreast of current industry trends and marketing best practices.

• Develop, design, and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, and product packaging design.

• Capture professional photographs of completed projects for use on our website, blogs, and other promotional materials.

  Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B2C or B2B marketing, preferably in the lumber, building materials, or construction industry.

• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.

• Proven experience in online advertising, search engine marketing, pay-per-click advertising, and website SEO.

• Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to generate compelling content.

• Proficiency in analytics tools for evaluating campaign performance.

• Expertise in social media marketing techniques and platforms.

• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
