Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field

  • 6 years’ experience in Sales/marketing in a professional services environment

  • Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Ability to work under deadlines and pressure

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous law firm experience

  • Knowledge of healthcare or life sciences industries

What will your day look like?

As a Manager - Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the sector marketing team and leadership to enhance awareness of the firm’s capabilities and success, inside and outside the firm. You will execute on go-to-market plans that deliver results that support brand strategy and focus on sector priority areas in collaboration with sector leaders. You will manage client-centric and data-driven, integrated marketing and business development campaigns that deliver results against strategic priorities. You will lead the implementation of leading-edge marketing tactics across several functional areas of the marketing, BD and communications team that include brand, digital and social marketing, public relations, collateral and sales enablement tools, and events. You will write marketing collateral and business development content, leveraging a strong knowledge of practice capabilities and the practice’s value proposition. You will drive an effective strategy for achieving awards and directories’ recognition that reflects the practice group’s capabilities and successes on behalf of clients.

General & Essential Job Expectations

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

The expected annual pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City is $128,000 - $189,000 per year. If hired to work in San Francisco or Palo Alto the expected annual pay range is $133,000 - $195,000 per year. If hired to work in San Diego, Los Angeles, or Seattle the expected annual pay range is $122,000 - $180,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
